The Texans looked at the value chart, folded it up, and took Thor Griffith at pick No. 243 regardless, 66 picks early. More right than wrong, and a B to match.
Landing Ransom that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. Leaving running back unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.
All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but running back.

In the 25th overall pick they get a disruptive interior force. Exactly the need they had to hit.
Tyler Booker in Round 2, Pick 26 is a gift, value that borders on unfair. The roster fit checks out.
