The Texans put a flag in the ground for Thor Griffith, 66 picks before anyone else would have, and the value took the hit.
Bowman Jr. falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. For all the activity, running back went untouched, which is hard to explain. The roster is better shaped than it was, with interior defensive lineman chief among the fixes.
