When a board-topper like Andrew Mukuba slides to the 167th overall pick, you do not overthink it, and the Texans did not.
If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through wide receiver. They went 4 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.

Elijah Arroyo at pick No. 127 is daylight robbery; nobody expected him to last. It shores up a spot that genuinely needed the help.
A safety of that caliber at pick 167 is the definition of value, full stop. A want dressed up as a pick, at a spot they had covered.
Bhayshul Tuten in No. 243 is a gift, value that borders on unfair. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
