Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Bhayshul Tuten got past him. The Texans do not have to explain a thing at pick No. 241. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.
Spending an early pick on safety with wide receiver, edge rusher and other spots open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to. That wide receiver hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.
If Booker pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about.
Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
