Somebody in slot 241 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Texans sat still while Cam Skattebo, the No. 105 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.
They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. They went 5 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for. The skill positions did well by the weekend.
In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
