The Texans went off the board in a big way for Thor Griffith, 67 picks early. Conviction is one thing; this is another. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B-.
The Bowman Jr. pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. That running back hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.
Job largely done: wide receiver settled and 4 of 8 of the wish list covered.
