You can hear the double-takes from here. The Texans took Thor Griffith at pick No. 243, roughly 66 spots before his name belonged. The bottom line is a respectable B-.
The Bowman Jr. pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. The running back spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Job largely done: wide receiver settled and 4 of 8 of the wish list covered.
All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but running back.
