The war room fell hard for Thor Griffith, and it showed at the Round 7 slot: 55 picks ahead of a board that had other ideas.
If one pick saves this weekend, it is Phillips. The edge rusher spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.
The roster is better shaped than it was, with running back chief among the fixes. The offense got the lion's share of the attention.
