The rest of the league will want that one back. Andrew Mukuba tumbling to the Cardinals in pick 113 is a gift they did not have to think twice about.
They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. The cost of the Pierce reach is exactly the players who went right after him.
They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up.
All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
Pick-by-Pick
In pick No. 25 they get a run-stuffing presence up front at fair value.
The board fumbled Jalon Walker all the way to slot 47, and they scooped it up. It shores up a spot that genuinely needed the help.
Tyleik Williams in No. 58 lands just on the right side of the ledger. A real hole, addressed with a reasonable pick.
Hollin Pierce in the 78th pick is a bet on their own eyes over everyone else's grade. A glaring weakness, addressed head on.
