Give the war room a raise for the dealing alone. The Chiefs came out ahead on every exchange that mattered, and it was not close. A near-flawless weekend of work, and a A- to cap it.

The tight end spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Getting Sweat where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.

Bottom line, they left the weekend a clearly better team, and they earned every bit of it.
