When a board-topper like M.J. Devonshire slides to the Round 7 slot, you do not overthink it, and the Chargers did not. It holds up to a second look, which is why it earns the A-.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it. The Nugent reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade.

In the end it comes back to Rome Odunze, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
