Somehow the biggest item on the list survived the weekend. The Texans never addressed running back, and it is the kind of gap that lingers.
They will need Booker to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. Job largely done: offensive lineman settled and 1 of 8 of the wish list covered. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
It nets out as a middle-of-the-pack haul that neither helps nor hurts much.
