The tape said wait; the Packers did not. Arik Gilbert went at Round 7, Pick 23, a good 113 picks before the board was ready. A mixed bag that lands at C+.

The Walker pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped cornerback, which is a strange place to end up.
