The rest of the league will want that one back. Josh Newton tumbling to the Dolphins in pick No. 188 is a gift they did not have to think twice about.

For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. If Cohen pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
