The Dolphins did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Tykee Smith fell into the 184th overall pick.
The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. They are betting Robinson proves the room right and everyone else wrong.
Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
Pick-by-Pick
In pick 21 they get a bendy edge with upside. The biggest hole, addressed.
They took Kingsley Suamataia at par in pick No. 60, which is nothing to complain about. It fills a real need, too.
Good price on Johnny Wilson in the 128th overall pick, a hair ahead of his grade with no real quibbles. It answers the question that was keeping the coaches up at night.
