After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Giants committed. Jayden Daniels is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.
Getting Mitchell where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. They will regret leaving interior defensive lineman for another day if the season turns on it.
Job largely done: wide receiver settled and 6 of 9 of the wish list covered.
Good work on the whole, with interior defensive lineman the one box left unchecked.
