There is a lot to like until you notice edge rusher is still a hole. The Bears never got to the one that mattered most. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.
The cost of the Pregnon reach is exactly the players who went right after him. Offensive lineman was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.
All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.

In pick No. 25 they get a long-term starter on the line, even if it was a touch early. A real need, handled.
