Somebody in the Round 5 slot was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Cardinals sat still while Danny Stutsman, the No. 89 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. No fireworks, but a solid B-.
They are betting Grant proves the room right and everyone else wrong. For all the activity, wide receiver went untouched, which is hard to explain.
Good work on the whole, with wide receiver the one box left unchecked.

In pick No. 17 they get a sticky cover corner. Need was not the driver here.
Charles Grant at pick 48 is a steep price for a hunch, hard to square with any board. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
A real head-scratcher, Carson Beck in the Round 3 slot is miles ahead of his ranking. It answers the question that was keeping the coaches up at night.
A reach on Rylie Mills in No. 117; the board had better options right there. It patches a soft spot without any drama.
Steal is underselling it; Danny Stutsman at the 152nd pick is a heist with the alarm still ringing. A need, and now a little less of one.
