For all the names on the card, the loudest question went unanswered. The Bears walked out of the weekend still thin at edge rusher, a hole that has a way of deciding seasons.
They are betting Pregnon proves the room right and everyone else wrong. The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.
Good work on the whole, with edge rusher the one box left unchecked.

In pick 25 they get a cornerstone up front, though they paid up to get him.
A straight-up fair deal on Caleb Tiernan at the 57th pick, value and slot in agreement. A need, and now a little less of one.
Keionte Scott at the 60th overall pick is right where the board had him, plain and simple. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
