B-
Miami Dolphins
More right than wrong for the Dolphins, and a B- to prove it.

Call it belief, call it a gut call, but Jordan Jefferson at pick 158 is 23 spots clear of consensus, and that is the headline. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.
They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. The roster is better shaped than it was, with edge rusher chief among the fixes.
Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
Pick-by-Pick
In No. 21 they get a building block for the line. A real need, handled.
They liked Adisa Isaac enough to skip the value, taking him in Round 2, Pick 21. This was priority one on the needs board, and now it is handled.
Jordan Jefferson in the Round 5 slot is a reach so steep the board needed a second look to believe it. The one spot they could not leave alone, and did not.
Jaylen Harrell in slot 186 is early enough to raise a brow, if not a full objection. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
A conviction pick on Myles Jones at pick No. 199 that the board grades a round light. Useful depth more than a marquee fix.
Ja'Had Carter at the 242nd overall pick jumps the queue by a touch more than is comfortable. A quiet depth add at a thin-ish spot.
