The war room fell hard for Matthew Jones, and it showed at pick 220: 45 picks ahead of a board that had other ideas.

Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. That Paul pick is the receipt they will wave around later. They left with cornerback solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
