You build a draft on nights like this. Tre Harris had no business being available in the 147th pick, and the Packers did the only sane thing and turned in the card.
The running back hole is the one line item this class does not answer. They squeezed a little extra out of every move they made. The roster is better shaped than it was, with edge rusher chief among the fixes.
Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.
In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the running back spot they never got to.

In pick 19 they get a downhill thumper at linebacker. More want than need.
Quinn Ewers in Round 2, Pick 19 is the kind of fall that makes a whole class. Top of the wish list, and they did not leave without it.
Circle this one: Dani Dennis-Sutton at the Round 4 slot is a fall that decides a draft. The one spot they could not leave alone, and did not.
You do not let an interior defensive lineman like Walter Nolen reach No. 115 and blink. They did not. A real hole, addressed with a reasonable pick.
They robbed the room for Jabbar Muhammad here, a fall nobody at the table saw coming. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
Tre Harris at the 147th pick is a first-round grade at a bargain-bin price, no notes. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.
A top-tier offensive lineman at a bargain, Wyatt Milum in slot 179, plain and simple. It patches a soft spot without any drama.
Jordan Hancock at pick No. 211 is daylight robbery; nobody expected him to last. A glaring weakness, addressed head on.
