When a board-topper like Abdul Carter slides to Round 3, Pick 23, you do not overthink it, and the Packers did not. It nets out to a B, which feels about right.
Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. They went 5 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.
The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.
All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.

In slot 23 they get a plug-and-play piece up front, outstanding value to boot.
JT Tuimoloau at the 55th pick is a first-round grade at a bargain-bin price, no notes. It answers the question that was keeping the coaches up at night.
Taking Abdul Carter in the Round 3 slot is close to grand larceny; a linebacker that good had no business lasting this long. A minor itch, scratched.
Davison Igbinosun at pick No. 119 is right where the board had him, plain and simple. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
Circle this one: Hunter Wohler at No. 151 is a fall that decides a draft. A quiet depth add at a thin-ish spot.
No edge and no loss on Thor Griffith in pick 183; it is a wash and a sensible one. It shores up a spot that genuinely needed the help.
Theo Wease Jr. in the 215th overall pick is exactly on the number, no argument either way. A need, and now a little less of one.
