Call it larceny. TreVeyon Henderson sat on the board until pick 97, and the Vikings did not need to be asked twice. No fireworks, but a solid B.
The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Reaching for Frazier left real value on the table behind him.
Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
Pick-by-Pick
In the 31st overall pick they get a sticky cover corner, even if it was a touch early. More want than need.
Taking Kamari Ramsey in pick 69 is close to grand larceny; a safety that good had no business lasting this long. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
TreVeyon Henderson in Round 3, Pick 33 should not have been possible, and that is the whole point. A real hole, addressed with a reasonable pick.
Domani Jackson in slot 140 is a bargain the rest of the room will envy. It is more luxury than necessity; they were already set here.
Somehow Jabbar Muhammad was still sitting there in No. 166, and they pounced on premier cornerback value. Insurance at a position that did not really ask for it.
A real head-scratcher, Miles Frazier in pick No. 183 is miles ahead of his ranking. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
