The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Chiefs watched Charles Grant slide 33 picks past his grade and did not hesitate. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B.
They will regret leaving tight end for another day if the season turns on it. On the needs board they went 4 of 8, with wide receiver the one that mattered most.
Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.
Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
