For all the names on the card, the loudest question went unanswered. The Cardinals walked out of the weekend still thin at quarterback, a hole that has a way of deciding seasons. It nets out to a B-, which feels about right.
Reaching for Williams left real value on the table behind him. Offensive lineman was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.

In No. 16 they get protection for the quarterback, though they paid up to get him. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
