Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the Packers spent Round 4, Pick 31 on Davison Igbinosun, a name most had 87 spots down the list.

Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Styles. Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere.

The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer. The roster is better shaped than it was, with cornerback chief among the fixes.

A rough weekend that leaves the roster with more questions than answers.
