The Seahawks spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Kamari Ramsey, the No. 75 name on the board, in Round 3, Pick 32.
For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain. If Washington Jr. pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about.
On the needs board they went 3 of 8, with offensive lineman the one that mattered most.
A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
Pick-by-Pick
Sonny Styles at pick No. 32 is money in the bank, a linebacker taken below his worth. The one spot they could not leave alone, and did not.
They went early on Mike Washington Jr. in the Round 2 slot, and the value did not follow. It fills a real need, too.
Steal is underselling it; Kamari Ramsey at the 96th overall pick is a heist with the alarm still ringing. Depth more than a fix, but depth they can use.
They liked Pat Coogan enough to skip the value, taking him in pick 188. Top of the wish list, and they did not leave without it.
