The rest of the league had time to spare on Eric O'Neill; the Jaguars did not wait, grabbing him 213 spots ahead at slot 56.

That Davis pick is the receipt they will wave around later. The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

The Moore pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at quarterback and running back.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
