Somehow the biggest item on the list survived the weekend. The Buccaneers never addressed interior defensive lineman, and it is the kind of gap that lingers.
On the needs board they went 2 of 8, with cornerback the one that mattered most. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
The phones were busy but the ledger stayed level.
Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
