There is reaching, and then there is Will Kacmarek at pick No. 248. The Browns jumped the board by 65 and dared it to prove them wrong.

That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. The Lance pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
