The Packers torched the value chart for Keylan Rutledge, taking him 45 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted. It washes out to a C+, no better and no worse.
Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. If one pick saves this weekend, it is Payne.

Blake Miller slipping to pick No. 53 is the kind of luck good rooms make for themselves. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.
