Call it larceny. Quinshon Judkins sat on the board until Round 3, Pick 25, and the Texans did not need to be asked twice.
If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through edge rusher. Running back is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.
All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
Pick-by-Pick
In the 25th pick they get a go-to option on the outside. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
Fair-plus on Marcus Mbow, a quiet win that adds up over a draft. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.
Quinshon Judkins in pick 89 is a gift, value that borders on unfair. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
The board had Lathan Ransom higher than the Round 4 slot, and the safety fell to them anyway. A quiet depth add at a thin-ish spot.
