For all the boxes ticked, the Steelers skipped the loudest one: quarterback is exactly as bare as it was.
The Clark pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. Job largely done: interior defensive lineman settled and 6 of 9 of the wish list covered. They trusted the board more than the depth chart.
Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
