Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the Packers spent slot 131 on Brandon Coleman, a name most had 45 spots down the list.

They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it.

Getting Hicks where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.

So much rides on Graham Barton that the real verdict is a season or two away.
