The Cowboys spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Dontay Corleone, the No. 68 name on the board, in No. 92.
The wide receiver spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Cornerback was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job. Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.
A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.

In pick 12 they get the heartbeat of the defense. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
In slot 20 they get a coverage-and-run second-level piece at fair value. Exactly the need they had to hit.
You do not let an interior defensive lineman like Dontay Corleone reach No. 92 and blink. They did not. The roster fit checks out.
Malik Muhammad at Round 4, Pick 12 is money in the bank, a cornerback taken below his worth. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
