There is a lot to like until you notice tight end is still a hole. The Bengals never got to the one that mattered most. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B-.

They are betting Styles proves the room right and everyone else wrong. Cornerback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the tight end spot they never got to.
