For all the names on the card, the loudest question went unanswered. The Chiefs walked out of the weekend still thin at tight end, a hole that has a way of deciding seasons. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

If Banks pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
