If confidence were a draft strategy, the Packers would have aced it. Christian Haynes at No. 41 is 24 spots clear of where he belonged. The good and the questionable cancel out to a C.

They will answer for taking safety early while edge rusher and quarterback went begging. Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. They banked enough surplus on Dial to cover a lot of smaller sins.

Hit on Graham Barton and the swing picks, and this ages a lot better than it grades today.
