If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback. The Delp steal is the beam this whole class leans on.
A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
Pick-by-Pick
A reach for Derrick Moore in pick 52; a little patience would have been rewarded. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
A tidy bit of business in the 92nd pick, where Connor Lew graded well above the range. A need, and now a little less of one.
Davison Igbinosun in No. 112 is exactly on the number, no argument either way. It answers the question that was keeping the coaches up at night.
Julian Neal at the Round 4 slot is right where the board had him, plain and simple. Top of the wish list, and they did not leave without it.
A quiet steal in pick No. 142: Oscar Delp for less than the market said. One more legitimate question on the roster, answered.
They took Aaron Graves at par in slot 201, which is nothing to complain about. It patches a soft spot without any drama.
This one needs a full-page explanation: Adam Randall in No. 255, miles early. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
