The one they had to fix is still broken. The Lions left safety untouched, and that omission hangs over an otherwise reasonable haul.

The cost of the Davis reach is exactly the players who went right after him. They went 3 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
