Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the 49ers spent slot 138 on Louis Moore, a name most had 31 spots down the list. The process wobbled, and the D is where it lands.
They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. The Stukes pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at wide receiver, running back and other spots. They punted on wide receiver, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.
Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even.
