For all the boxes ticked, the Browns skipped the loudest one: edge rusher is exactly as bare as it was.

They will need Stephens to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. However the rest shakes out, Boston at that price is a win they earned.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the edge rusher spot they never got to.
