When the story of this class is written, it opens with Akheem Mesidor at the 8th overall pick, a reach of 29 spots that the board flatly disagrees with.

The cornerback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The Joly pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch.
