Nobody else had Beaux Limmer anywhere near the 55th overall pick. The Dolphins did, by 73 spots, and that gap is the whole story. Call it a C+ and check back in two years.
Landing Thrash that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. A whole weekend of picks and quarterback is somehow still a want. Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.
Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
If Troy Fautanu and a couple of the gambles land, hindsight will be kinder than this grade.

Value said wait; Beaux Limmer in the 55th pick says they were not listening. It shores up a spot that genuinely needed the help.
Steal is underselling it; Beau Brade at pick 158 is a heist with the alarm still ringing. Useful depth more than a marquee fix.
They robbed the room for Jamari Thrash here, a fall nobody at the table saw coming. A glaring weakness, addressed head on.
LaDarius Henderson at pick No. 198 is the kind of overdraft that needs everything to break right. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.
