When a board-topper like Josaiah Stewart slides to slot 237, you do not overthink it, and the Packers did not. More right than wrong, and a B+ to match.
Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. They left with edge rusher solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. The future picks help the war chest more than the win-now roster.
In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.
Pick-by-Pick
Travis Hunter at the 24th overall pick is a first-round grade at a bargain-bin price, no notes. Top of the wish list, and they did not leave without it.
A interior defensive lineman of that caliber at the 97th pick is the definition of value, full stop. A sensible fit for a spot that needed help.
Wyatt Milum in No. 112 is the kind of fall that makes a whole class. It fills a real need, too.
