The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Texans watched Jay Higgins slide 109 picks past his grade and did not hesitate.

Leaving wide receiver unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Jonah Jackson gives the group a proven body among the projects.

In the end it comes back to Walter Nolen, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
