B-
San Francisco 49ers
A respectable, level-headed haul for the 49ers: B-.

· 1 steals
· 1 reaches
There is a lot to like until you notice wide receiver is still a hole. The 49ers never got to the one that mattered most. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B-.
The Sadiq steal is the beam this whole class leans on. They will need Kamara to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.
Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
Pick-by-Pick
In pick 27 they get a moveable chess piece at tight end at a price that makes it sweeter. A real need, handled.
Emmanuel McNeil-Warren at No. 58 is a sensible buy, a touch better than market for the safety. It thickens a room that could stand to be thicker.
Jude Bowry at slot 127 is neither steal nor reach, just the going rate. That was the need underlined and circled, and now it is checked off.
DeMonte Capehart in the 133rd pick is exactly on the number, no argument either way. A glaring weakness, addressed head on.
They did well to land Harold Perkins Jr. in the 138th overall pick, just ahead of his grade. One more legitimate question on the roster, answered.
They paid up for Mikail Kamara at Round 4, Pick 39 when waiting would have done the job. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.
