You can hear the double-takes from here. The Dolphins took Adam Randall at the Round 5 slot, roughly 100 spots before his name belonged. A weekend that fought the value and lost, hence the D-.
They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. A whole weekend of picks and quarterback is somehow still a want. That Stowers pick is the receipt they will wave around later.
They went 4 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.
Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and quarterback is still a hole.

Jeremiyah Love slid further than he should have, and No. 11 is lovely value for the running back. A need, and now a little less of one.
