The war room fell hard for McKinnley Jackson, and it showed at the 95th overall pick: 28 picks ahead of a board that had other ideas. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.
Landing Watson that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through cornerback.
The dealing nudged the ledger their way without much fuss.
